Central Laboratory of Batteries and Cells is a state-owned research and development centre with many years experience in the field of chemical power sources ( founded in 1947). ain activities:

Research works and application studies on manufacturing, modernization and testing of primary batteries, rechargeable batteries and fuel cells. The scope of works includes new raw materials, electrode materials and semi-products as well as technology for the production of new battery types and recycling.

Technical expertise and patent research.

Training on chemical power sources.

Production of special batteries and rechargeable batteries.

Testing of all types of primary and rechargeable batteries in the accredited laboratory – electrical, climatic and mechanical tests.

Certification of all types of primary and rechargeable batteries in the accredited certification department.
